Please note that all domestic orders using standard shipping must be placed by December 13th for the best chance to deliver by Christmas. Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for international orders, but it is recommended orders be placed by November 19th. Any pre-order items will delay the shipment of any other items in your order. Standard items ordered with pre-ordered items will ship together.
Orders ship from our Austin, TX warehouse. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. During the Holiday Season, Black Friday through January 2, please allow an additional 5 business days for order processing.
